Brewed by Grégoire Boeuf

The first French brewmaster trained in Japan in the traditional ways. He lived, worked, and brewed in the silence and precision of Japanese kura (breweries).

Now back in Pélussin, to craft authentic sake on French soil, Gregoire is considered the leading sake brewer in France.

Yuzu-infused Sake

Each bottle is wrapped in a kimono - a furoshiki - designed in collaboration with one of France’s most prestigious textile houses. A sake true to Japanese artistry and infused with French soul.
